SPORTS & FITNESS PROGRAM
Physical play is a very good tool to mentor young people. By using sports and calisthenics fitness exercises we are able to build strength, endurance, self-discipline, and many other skills.
STY Sports & Fitness program will have many activities where youth can get involved and learn while having fun playing.
