Every young person is a unique individual and we see our role as a guide leading them in their quest to obtain the key to open the door to the world of opportunities. Our goal is to create a stimulating atmosphere in which youth will grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, spiritually, and socially. It is our desire to help young people at a young age because that is where the fundamentals of what they will become starts. Building a firm foundation of positive mentorship in a child’s life in their early stages is essential to future developmental growth. Just like a building if the foundation is unstable than the whole structure is off balance. 

      In order to be the best that we can be we will build strong partnership with families and the community. We will build programs that will help us get the most out of them. We would use newsletters, meetings, special programs, email, social network sites, and more to keep the community in the loop on what’s going. It is very important that we build a team system where the community feels involved and create well prepared programs to build relationships with youth. We see ourselves being a community outlet where youth will be motivated to be the best they can be because of our fun programs and support.

     With the growing number of young people falling through the cracks at school or has developed habits that do not put them in the best position to be successful we believe SupporTeen Youth, Inc. principals of support and stability is exactly what is needed. How we will do this? We will use the combination of learning, fun, leadership opportunities, peer mentoring, self-esteem building exercises and a supportive mentorship. We are where ever support is needed like the classrooms, the community, at sporting events, recitals, and accomplishments. Our #1 mission is helping young people reach their fullest potential.
